Title: An introduction to Medical Visualization
Abstract: Computer-based visualization systems provide visual representations of datasets intended to help users carry out their tasks more effectively and efficiently. In many disciplines, we see the need for visualization in order to explore, analyze, and present information. In this short introduction to medical visualization, several medical visualization applications as well as practical visualization tips will be discussed.
