Title: Transfer Learning in NLP:

Abstract: Natural language processing (NLP) has both benefited from and contributed substantially to the rise of transfer learning in the last 5 years. In this talk, I will introduce the motivation and core concepts for transfer learning and give examples of its success in NLP. Finally, I will talk about some of the outstanding challenges that remain.
